TO THE CITY OF KENNETT, MISSOURI

Kennett is an active and vital community serving as the county seat for Dunklin   County.  Located in the center of some of the most productive cropland in Missouri where the production of cotton, soybeans, rice and corn are the major contributors to the local economy.  Kennett has a population of nearly 12,000 and can support almost any workforce requirement.  A new airport with a new terminal, a just completed 4-lane access to Interstate 55 and  a 50,000 square foot spec building is currently available for occupancy.  This is an open invitation to prospective manufactures and industry to consider locating in Kennett.

Kennett has an excellent educational system with a progressive and active public school board.  Southeast Missouri State University has a campus in Kennett as does Three Rivers Community College.  Kennett is also home to excellent health care including Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center and supporting services and physicians.

Come visit Kennett and come back to stay “Where the Living is Easy.”
